Anti-GGT1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GGT1 (also referred to as GGT) and is supplied in unconjugated form with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with four scientific validation images supporting its use.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 370–569 of human GGT1 (accession NP_001027537.1). The antibody has an observed molecular weight range of 60–70 kDa and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, following affinity purification.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
