Anti-GGH Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GGH is available from Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human GGH, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total GGH protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
