Anti-GGH Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against GGH. The unconjugated antibody was generated using recombinant human GGH protein as the immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that immunogen. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of total GGH.

Validated for Western blot (WB), with immunofluorescence (IF) also listed among the applications. Reactivity is reported with Human samples, and the manufacturer additionally lists Mouse reactivity. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, the conjugate is unconjugated, and the isotype is IgG. The antibody is supplied at a stated concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Storage guidance indicates shipment at 4°C, with aliquots to be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
