Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to GGCX, available from Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, this unconjugated liquid reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 479-758 of human GGCX (NP_000812.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
