Anti-GGA2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the GGA2 target. It is supplied unconjugated at 1mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications including ICC/IF, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is of the IgG isotype and detects endogenous levels of GGA2 protein, which migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 67 kDa. The immunogen used was recombinant full-length Human GGA2, and the product is supported by scientific validation images.

GGA2 is also known by several alternative names, including ADP-ribosylation factor-binding protein GGA2, Gamma-adaptin-related protein 2, Golgi-localized gamma ear-containing ARF-binding protein 2, Vear, KIAA1080, and VHS domain and ear domain of gamma-adaptin.
