Anti-GGA2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GGA2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human GGA2 (NP_055859.1), and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. The expected molecular weight range for the target is 72–80 kDa.

The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blotting and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Reactivity is reported for human and mouse samples by the manufacturer; the retail listing additionally includes rat.
