Anti-GFRA1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab186855)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GDNF Receptor alpha 1 (GFRA1), offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in liquid form and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 345–420 of human GFRA1 (NP_005255.1). It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, and 1:50–1:200 for both IHC and ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The reported molecular weight of the target is 55 kDa.
