Anti-GFRA1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human GFRA1 immunogen and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total GFRA1 protein. The unconjugated antibody is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium ions present. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the antibody has been validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for studies of GDNF family receptor alpha-1 across multiple model systems.
