Anti-GFRα-1 (K90) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GFRα-1 (K90) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated, with GFRa-1 as the protein target.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50-100 of Human GFRa-1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of GFR a-1 protein. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

Reported characterisation data include a molecular weight of ~ 51 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
