Anti-GFPT1 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody to GFPT1 is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human GFPT1 (NP_002047.2). The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa. The recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:500–1:1,000. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
