Anti-GFP-tag (3A10) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a mouse monoclonal antibody to GFP-tag (3A10) listed within the Primary Antibody range. The reagent is raised in mouse, of monoclonal clonality, and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and detects over-expressed or recombinant proteins containing the GFP epitope tag, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide corresponding to the GFP-tag.

Provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody was immunoaffinity purified using the peptide conjugated to a solid-phase support and conjugated to HRP. It was further affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Two scientific validation images support the WB application.
