Anti-GFP Antibody

The immunogen is recombinant Aequoria coerulescens GFP protein, expressed in and purified from E. coli, and the antibody has been purified by immunogen affinity purification. It is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 50% Glycerol and 5mM Sodium Azide at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. The target GFP has a molecular weight of 27 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000, ICC/IF: 1:1,000–1:5,000, and IHC: 1:1,000–1:5,000.
