Anti-GFP Antibody

The Antibodies.com polyclonal anti-GFP antibody is raised in rabbit and recognizes the 27 kDa Green Fluorescent Protein originally cloned from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria. Supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation, the reagent binds multiple independent epitopes on GFP, providing robust detection of GFP-tagged fusion proteins expressed in transfected cells. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP), and is unconjugated for flexible pairing with HRP, Alexa Fluor, or biotinylated secondary reagents. For best stability, store at -20 °C in working aliquots and limit freeze-thaw cycles; briefly equilibrate to room temperature before use.
