Anti-GFP Antibody [1A5]

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rat as a monoclonal of the IgG1 isotype, clone 1A5, targeting GFP. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid, and was generated against recombinant GFP protein. Specificity covers GFP, EGFP and their fused proteins. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.2 with 50% glycerol, filter-sterilised, without sodium azide and carrier free, supplied at 1 mg/ml. Validated applications are WB, ICC/IF, ELISA, IP and ChIP, with a recommended WB dilution of 1 µg/ml.
