Anti-GFM2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against GFM2 (ribosome-releasing factor 2, mitochondrial) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows on human and mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human GFM2, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to detect endogenous levels of total GFM2 protein. The unconjugated IgG is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
