Anti-GFM1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against GFM1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Reported applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 482–751 of human GFM1 (NP_079272.4). The product is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4 °C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
