Anti-GFER Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises GFER, a protein also known as ALR/HPO. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) applications on human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 81–205 of human GFER (NP_005253.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 23 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
