Anti-GEN1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this polyclonal, unconjugated IgG preparation is raised in Rabbit and is reactive with Human and Mouse samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and purified by affinity purification, provided in liquid form with a lot-specific concentration.

The antibody recognises GEN1 and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 669-908 of human GEN1 (NP_872431.3). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and the reported molecular weight is 103 kDa.

For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is available.
