The Antibodies.com Anti-Geminin polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry (ICC) on human and mouse samples. It detects Geminin (GMNN), a 25 kDa nuclear protein that binds CDT1 to inhibit pre-replication complex reassembly and enforce once-per-cell-cycle DNA replication licensing during S phase.

The reagent is supplied as 100 µg of liquid IgG in a single vial, unconjugated for flexible pairing with fluorescent or chromogenic secondary antibodies in double-labeling and co-localization studies. Researchers in cell cycle, stem cell, and cancer biology routinely use it to monitor S-phase entry, follow neural progenitor differentiation, and assess replication licensing in proliferating versus quiescent populations.

For Western blot, a working dilution near 1 µg/mL is a typical starting point, and ICC on paraformaldehyde-fixed cells is commonly performed at 5–10 µg/mL. Store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antigen-binding activity.
