Anti-GDI2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GDI2, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody has been knockout validated, with 3 scientific images available, and is of the IgG isotype, purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 296–445 of human GDI2 (NP_001485.2).

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:200–1:3,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:100. The reported molecular weight for the target is 51 kDa, and concentration is lot specific. The formulation is phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
