Description
A primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal raised against GDF-1. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human GDF-1 and the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of the GDF-1 protein.
The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 39 kDa.
