GDAP1 (Ganglioside-induced differentiation-associated protein 1) is a tail-anchored outer mitochondrial membrane protein that contributes to mitochondrial network dynamics, including fission and fission-coupled events. Loss-of-function variants in the GDAP1 gene are linked to the demyelinating form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 4A (CMT4A), the axonal form CMT2K, and autosomal recessive intermediate CMT, making GDAP1 a key target for studies of inherited peripheral neuropathy.

The Anti-GDAP1 Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent supplied as 100 µl of an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and has been generated to recognize Human, Mouse, and Rat GDAP1, supporting cross-species work in rodent neuropathy models and patient-derived tissues. The glycerol-containing buffer provides cryoprotection for storage, and the unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with secondary reagents of the user's choice.
