Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GCSc-γ (E315) and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
The reagent was produced using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–350 of human GCSc-γ and detects endogenous levels of the GCSc-γ protein. By SDS-PAGE the purity is greater than 95%, achieved through affinity-purification of rabbit antiserum with the epitope-specific immunogen. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
