Anti-GCS-β-2 (V102) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GCS-β-2 (V102). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 71–120 of human GCS-β-2. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 70 kDa, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GCS-β-2 protein.
