Anti-GCS-α-1 (D423) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against GCS-α-1. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400–450 of human GCS-α-1. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GCS-α-1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 77 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
