Anti-GCLM Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in Rabbit against GCLM, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 31 kDa.

The reagent was generated using a recombinant fusion protein covering amino acids 120-274 of human GCLM (NP_002052.1) and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is recommended, and for ICC/IF a range of 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The product listing includes 2 scientific validation images.
