Anti-GCK Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is supplied as a rabbit polyclonal antiserum raised against a recombinant human GCK (glucokinase) immunogen, enabling selective detection of endogenous GCK in laboratory samples. The antibody is presented at 1 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream labelling workflows. Each vial contains 50 µL of the polyclonal preparation, and the product should be stored at –20 °C to preserve activity. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of glucose-sensing enzymes in metabolic, pancreatic and hepatic research.
