Anti-GCK Antibody

Glucokinase (GCK), the hexokinase IV isoenzyme that phosphorylates glucose to glucose-6-phosphate and acts as the pancreatic beta-cell glucose sensor, can be detected in human, mouse, and rat samples using this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on cultured cells and fixed tissue sections.
