Anti-GCA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Grancalcin (GCA) and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–217 of human GCA (NP_036330.1). The antibody is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein migrates at approximately 24 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
