Anti-GBP1 (E99) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against GBP1 (E99). The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 80–130 of human GBP1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of GBP1 protein.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target GBP1 has a reported molecular weight of ~68 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE.
