Anti-GBP1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an internal peptide of human GBP1 (guanylate-binding protein 1) and is supplied at 50 µl with a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The unconjugated IgG is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, where it recognizes endogenous levels of total GBP1 protein. Each lot is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
