Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com for the detection of GBF1, supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–85 of human GBF1. The target protein has a molecular weight of 260 kDa. Recommended working dilutions for Western blot are 1:500 to 1:2,000.
The product is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
