Description
A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for detection of the GBE1 protein. The reagent is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen used is recombinant full-length human GBE1, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of the target protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The reported molecular weight of GBE1 is approximately 80 kDa, with a manufacturer-stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
