Anti-GBA3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting GBA3, raised by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–162 of human GBA3 (NP_001121904.1).

Supplied as a liquid with a molecular weight of 54 kDa, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. Concentration is lot specific.
