Anti-GBA Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes GBA (Glucosylceramidase beta) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications in human samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied in liquid form and purified by affinity chromatography.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40-250 of human Glucosylceramidase beta (NP_000148.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is provided.
