Anti-GATM Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against GATM. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated by immunising rabbits with recombinant human GATM protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. It recognises the endogenous total GATM protein. The product is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
