Anti-GATM Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the GATM target, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen used was recombinant full length human GATM, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of GATM protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.
