Anti-GATM Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets GATM. It is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent is backed by three scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 38-423 of human GATM (NP_001307944.1), and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
