Anti-GATC Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets GATC and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated against mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–136 of human GATC (NP_789788.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 15 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Each lot is supplied at a lot-specific concentration.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
