Anti-GATAD2B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against GATAD2B and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunoprecipitation and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. According to the manufacturer, the target has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human GATAD2B (NP_065750.1). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and IP 1:500-1:1,000. Concentration is lot specific.
