Anti-GATA4 (P101) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 80–120 of human GATA4 and recognizes the region around amino acid 101 of the protein. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of GATA4 protein and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The unconjugated reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 46 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been tested on human, mouse and rat samples.
