The Antibodies.com Anti-GATA3 Antibody [KT77] is a rat monoclonal IgG2a reagent supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation in a single vial. Clone KT77 targets the GATA3 zinc-finger transcription factor, is reactive with mouse samples, and is validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows.

GATA3 plays a central role in Th2 T helper cell differentiation, mammary epithelial lineage specification, and luminal breast carcinoma identity. Clone KT77 is therefore frequently used in immunology and oncology studies addressing cytokine regulation, T cell polarization, and breast cancer subtyping. The unconjugated format allows pairing with user-selected HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies.

For handling, store at 4°C for short-term use; aliquot and freeze at -20°C for longer storage to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light. The reagent is provided for research use only and matches the specificity of the widely cited reference clone raised against the same GATA3 epitope.
