The Anti-GATA3 Antibody [KT123] from Antibodies.com is a rat monoclonal reagent (IgG2a isotype) targeting the GATA3 transcription factor. GATA3 is a zinc-finger DNA-binding protein critical for T helper 2 (Th2) lymphocyte differentiation, mammary gland luminal epithelial development, and a widely cited diagnostic marker for luminal breast carcinomas and urothelial carcinomas.

Supplied as a liquid in 100 µg vials, this unconjugated primary antibody is validated for immunofluorescence (IF) on mouse tissue sections and cell preparations. Suggested working concentrations for IF range from 1 to 10 µg/mL, with 1-2 hour incubation at room temperature followed by an appropriate fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibody.

Aliquot upon receipt and store frozen at -20°C, limiting freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. The reagent is intended for research use only, supporting studies in immunology, oncology, hematopathology, and developmental biology.
