Anti-GATA3 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the GATA3 transcription factor and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is of the rabbit IgG isotype, is unconjugated, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen synthesized from the internal region of human GATA3, enabling it to detect endogenous levels of total GATA3 protein. It is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with both human and mouse samples. The formulation is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
