Anti-GATA3 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human GATA3 (NP_002042.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa, and the recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000.
