Anti-GATA2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against GATA2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human GATA2 (NP_116027.2) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 51 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the reagent has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.
