Anti-GATA-1 (L136) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting the GATA-1 transcription factor, offered by Antibodies.com. This unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human GATA-1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of GATA-1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
