Anti-Gas6 (G309) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the Gas6 protein at the G309 epitope and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 278-328 of Human Gas6. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Gas6 protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 80 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
