Anti-GAS6 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against GAS6 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human and mouse samples and was produced by immunising rabbits with a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 100–300 of human GAS6 (NP_000811.1).

The target has a molecular weight of 69 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity methods. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and the product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at −20°C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
