Anti-GAS3 (A142) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the GAS3 protein, also referred to as A142. The antibody is unconjugated and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120–170 of Human GAS3, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of GAS3 protein.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The associated molecular weight is ~ 22 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The isotype is IgG.
